The twenty-ninth to respond was Ashley Lafreniere, Candidate for Windsor City Council – Ward 6. The responses are in the candidate’s own words only slightly edited in a way that doesn’t in any way change what they said.
As a resident I will always prefer adaptive reuse of buildings over removal and replacement. I would like to introduce policies to help prevent urban sprawl and giving incentives to owners to maintain and repair their buildings will go a long way on that front.
