Heritage Platform – Nick Kolasky – Candidate for Windsor City Council – Ward 3

This post is the tenth in a series in which we reached out to municipal candidates to ask their heritage platform. Responses will be posted in the order received.

The tenth to respond was Nick Kolasky, Candidate for Windsor City Council – Ward 3. The responses are in the candidate’s own words only slightly edited in a way that doesn’t in any way change what they said.

Two of my main passions are travel and photography.
Passions that belong together.

I very much enjoy the natural world, as well as what humans have created over the centuries.

As far as memories of Windsor go, my initial thoughts went to the City Hall and the Carnegie Library which were built early in the last century.
In my opinion, they should both still be standing.
I am sure they could have been repurposed.

To reach out to Nick Kolasky, send him a message at worldtravelnick@gmail.com.
